Appointment request

It is important to us that you can communicate securely with us. The transmission of unencrypted data by e-mail is neither suitable nor secure for exchanging personal data or other confidential information. You can use our encrypted contact form to get in touch with the psychosocial counselling.

If you would like to make an appointment, please leave a personal telephone number in the contact form. We will call you back as soon as possible to make an appointment with you. We also offer consultations via video. The video counselling session is offered by a provider which is certified by the Kassenärztliche Bundesvereinigung (the Federal Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians) and fulfils highest data protection standards.

You only need a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone with camera and microphone.
