the effectiveness of psychological counseling is based on the relationship between client and counselor. Normally, it takes place face-to-face. Due to the COVID-19 crisis our psychological counseling appointments will only be held via phone at the moment.
In connection with the COVID-19 crisis and the government‘s actions to reduce the infection rates, different emotions can occur e.g. anxiety, helplessness and loneliness. That is why we are still there for you and are available via phone.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 to 5pm, you can speak to a psychological counselor spontanously by calling +49 69-798 34922.
At the beginning of the semester, we will also offer consultations via video. The video counselling session is offered by a provider which is certified by the Kassenärztliche Bundesvereinigung (the Federal Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians) and fulfils highest data protection standards.
You only need a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone with camera and microphone.
