Collecting, processing, using and deleting personal data
Personal data is only collected if it is required for fulfilling our tasks and if you have given us this data yourselves (for example via forms or registration for our newsletter). Contact forms
Personal data transmitted during the use of our contact forms will be used for the purpose stated in the contact form (praise, criticism, requests, demand of information material etc.) and afterwards deleted. No further use of the data takes place.

Registration forms for cooking courses
Data transmitted during the use of this registration form will be used exclusively for the implementing and billing of the respective cooking course and will be deleted at the end of the legal retention requirement.

Application platform for residential halls
For the rental contract management of the residential halls, an online application procedure is used for the individual spaces within the student residential halls. Only data required for the rental contract management is collected and will be provided directly by you (first and last name, birth name if applicable, gender, birth date, family status, name of spouse, country address, semester address, country of origin, telephone number, mail address, nationality, number of children, university, department and number of semesters). If a rental contract is arranged, the collected data will be deleted after 10 years. If no rental contract is arranged, the data is deleted immediately.

Use of PIWIK
On this website, the open-source software Piwik (www.piwik.org) collects and stores marketing and optimising data. From this data, user profiles are designed under a pseudonym. For this, cookies can be used. Cookies are small text files, which are locally stored in the cache of the Internet browser of the site visitor. The cookies enable the detection of Internet browsers. Without the explicit consent of the person concerned, data collected with Piwik technology is not used to personally identify the visitor of this website and is not connected with personal data of the origin of the pseudonym.
