Studying can be exhausting: a full schedule as well as jobs and internships on top. Family and friends should not be neglected either. And then there are also exams, papers or homework to do...

In our workshops and groups, you quickly get to know other students who have similar difficulties and experience that you are not alone with your problem. Sharing experiences  and the joint support are enormously important.

Workshops and groups

In this workshop, you'll learn two fundamental meditation techniques. These methods have been scientifically proven to reduce stress, boost attention, enhance self-esteem, improve knowledge retention, and more. We'll touch on some psychological theory behind meditation, but our main focus will be on practicing together. You'll also receive guidance on when to best utilize each meditation style in your study process. Plus, we'll have ample time for discussing your experiences and addressing any questions you have about meditation.
